Fall Birthday parties can be scheduled any day of the week
September 7 through Halloween.

Times available:
10 am – 12 pm
1 pm – 3 pm
4 pm – 6pm

Parties must be cleaned up by the end of your scheduled time.
ALL PARTIES MUST END BY CLOSING TIME!

Additional gift bags $4 ea.
Additional vouchers $10 ea.

Additional canopy of tables 8′ away $50
**If a second party is reserved for the same time slot, these tables will not be available.

Seniors 65+ $12+ TAX at the gate (not available online)

Summer Birthday parties can be scheduled any day of the week
May 1-Labor Day with the exception of July 4th.

10 am – 1 pm
2 pm – 5 pm

Parties must be cleaned up by the end of your scheduled time.

Everyone 2 years and older who is at your party will need a paid birthday wristband whether you provide them to your guests or they purchase
them from us prior to entry. Wristbands are only valid the day of the party.
You are responsible for handing out the wristbands to you guests prior to entry. It works best if you designate a meeting time and place for your
guests to meet you. If you have guests needing to purchase their own admission, this can be done at any cashier. View Our Farm Map
Non Paying guests such as those persons dropping off guests are welcome to wait in the free access area without purchasing a band. We suggest a
meeting time & place for those picking up their children. We will not be able to retrieve party guests upon their rides request and they will not be
allowed in to the activity area.

Parties that are scheduled at our 1:00 and 4:00 time slots, please feel free to come earlier to enjoy the activities prior to your canopy rental time.
Tablecloths are available or you may bring your own table coverings and decorations.
You may bring in cake/cupcakes and/or small snacks for you party. Concessions are also available if needed.
Reminder that we are an outside facility. We highly suggest guests dress for the weather and open ground conditions.
The events manager needs to have a credit card on file for deposit and final bill.

A 48 hour notice needs to be give on party cancellations.
Parties canceling due to weather conditions may reschedule for another date and time or simply cancel without penalty.
Parties canceling due to sickness may reschedule for another date and time or simply cancel without penalty.
Parties that do not call to cancel nor show for their reserved time will forfeit the $50 deposit fee.

Outside food like cake/cupcakes and small snack items may be brought in for your party. Concession items are also available for purchase is needed.
